Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
The data controller is Miraxendo Educación Financiera S.A.S., registered before the Inspección General de Justicia under file N.º 2.187.654. You can contact us by email at hola@miraxendo.com or by post at the legal address indicated above.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect data provided voluntarily through forms (full name, email, optional message) and technical data generated by browsing (IP, browser, technical cookies and analytical cookies with consent).
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to (i) send you the educational newsletter you subscribed to, (ii) answer queries, (iii) measure the use of the site to improve content, (iv) comply with legal obligations and (v) prevent fraud or improper use.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5, Law 25.326), the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you and the legitimate interest in keeping the educational service safe.
5. Storage period
We keep newsletter data while you remain subscribed and for a maximum of two additional years after unsubscription to comply with legal obligations. Anonymized analytical data is kept for up to 26 months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share information with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email and analytics) bound by confidentiality agreements and located in countries with adequate level of protection.
7. International transfers
When information is transferred to providers outside Argentina, we apply standard contractual clauses approved by the AAIP and additional security measures consistent with the legislation in force.
8. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and confidentiality of your data by writing to hola@miraxendo.com. The user has the right to file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, Av. Pte. Gral. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures such as encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), access controls, traceability logs and periodic backups to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access or alteration.
10. Minors
The portal is aimed at people over 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data of minors. If you detect a registration of a minor, write to hola@miraxendo.com and we will proceed to delete the information.
11. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal or technical changes. The reviewed version will be published on this page indicating the date of the last update.
