1. Purpose of the portal
Miraxendo is an educational platform that publishes articles, guides and tools to strengthen financial literacy in Argentina. The portal does not offer banking, brokerage, insurance or investment services.
2. Acceptable use
The user agrees to use the portal in accordance with the legislation in force, public order and good faith. The non-commercial reproduction of articles is allowed when the source and author are cited.
3. Educational content
All content has an exclusively educational purpose, does not constitute personalized investment advice and does not replace consultation with professionals registered before the Comisión Nacional de Valores or other competent authorities.
4. Mandatory disclaimers
(i) We do not provide financial services. (ii) The materials are educational and are not investment advice. (iii) Any reference to potential returns considers the associated risks and does not guarantee future results.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, logos, audiovisual material and code are protected by Law 11.723 and DNDA file N.º 25.110.927. All reproduction without prior authorization is forbidden.
6. Limitation of liability
Miraxendo is not responsible for the financial decisions of the user. The user is responsible for verifying the information before acting and, when necessary, consulting professionals registered in the Argentine Republic.
7. Links to third parties
The portal can contain links to official sites such as BCRA, INDEC and ANSES. Miraxendo is not responsible for the content, conditions or policies of those external sites.
8. Modifications
We can update these Terms to reflect operational, regulatory or technological changes. The new version comes into force after its publication on this page.
9. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Terms are governed by Argentine law. The parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
